The following Terms and Conditions have been prepared to help you make the most of Inbalance Pilates Limited. Please take a few moments to read them thoroughly.

AGREEMENT
​
1 Interpretation and Variation
1.1 In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
"In Balance Pilates" means In Balance Pilates.
"Student" means any person that has completed and submitted the training registration form and has been accepted by In Balance Pilates
“Tutor” means any person who is employed by In Balance Pilates to deliver training and education.
"Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions.
"Website" means http://www.inbalancepilatesrutland.com/.
1.2 References in the Terms and Conditions to the singular will include the plural and vice versa and references to the masculine gender will include references to the feminine gender.
1.3 The Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the health questionnaire and registration forms
1.4 In Balance Pilates reserves the right to vary and revoke the Terms and Conditions from time to time which variation it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the affairs of the training and the conduct of Students. Any such changes will be notified to Students and, until revoked, are and will be binding for Students.
1.5 The Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2 Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Classes are booked as a block and must be paid for in advance.
2.2 Classes are non refundable.
2.3 Pay as You Go spaces are available at the discretion of In Balance Pilates.
2.4 If you cannot make your normal class the missed session may be made up in another class if space is available. This is at the discretion of In Balance Pilates and must be booked in advance.
2.5 Make up classes must be taken with the current block - they cannot be transferred over.
2.6 Private sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance the session will need to be paid for in full.
2.7 Medical Questionnaires must be completed in order to take part in an In Balance Pilates class - whether online or in person.

3 Fitness and Health
​
3.1 Students are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. In Balance Pilates reserves the right to refuse access to any Student if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of its facilities.
3.2 Students are required to follow the instructions of the Tutor at all times.
3.3 Students are required to inform a member of staff, if they incur injuries or conditions, after the initial information stated on their health questionnaire.

4 Safety and Hygiene
​
4.1 In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery or glass are permitted in the changing rooms or Studio. No pets (with the exception of guide dogs), are permitted in the Studio. Students must not walk around the Studio barefoot if they have verrucas or similar foot complaints. Please wear socks.
4.2 In the event of a fire, Students are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
4.3 Smoking is forbidden in the Studio.

5 Personal Belongings
​
5.1 Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the Student’s own risk and In Balance Pilates does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
5.2 Vehicles parked in the Studio car park are parked at the Student’s own risk and In Balance Pilates accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such vehicle.

6 Limitation of Liability
​
6.1 Places are subject to availability. In Balance Pilates reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, change or relocate a class/workshop/course within a reasonable time frame. In Balance Pilates shall not be held liable for any loss of earnings or expenses as a result of such changes.
6.2 In Balance Pilates cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances outside of their control. (i.e., weather, travel issues, strikes etc) In Balance Pilates will make reasonable attempts to respond to such situations and achieve a satisfactory resolution.
6.3 It is the Student's responsibility to ensure that he is capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which he follows or session which he attends. Students accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and using specialist equipment and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session. Advice provided by In Balance Pilates at no time constitutes medical advice in substitute for advice provided by a medical professional
6.4 In Balance Pilates accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of Students or for injury to Students on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
6.5 In consideration of their participation in the activities and programmes of In Balance Pilates and the use of facilities and equipment owned and/or under the control of In Balance Pilates the Student hereby waives and releases In Balance Pilates from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from their participation in any of the In Balance Pilates’s activities or use of In Balance Pilates’s equipment or facilities save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligent act or omission of In Balance Pilates.

7 Online classes
​
Please take note of the following precautions before taking any In Balance Pilates online classes:
7.1 To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning the classes. By participating in the classes you are doing so at your own risk.
7.2 In Balance Pilates will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our Pilates programme.
7.3 If any point during the class you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice.
7.4 Please use good judgment and common sense when taking the class, consider your level and ability and choose the appropriate level of the exercise and rest when you need to.

8.2 Inbalance Pilates Limited is registered at 15 Burley Road, LE15 7BZ
